We operate an appointment system for surgery appointments – it is important to report to reception when you attend the health centre so that we may book you in through the computer system.
Please make your appointment either by telephone or in person at the Health Centre. If you are unable to have an appointment for that day and believe you need to be seen urgently, please let the receptionist know your symptoms. Appointments are released every morning at 08:30.
The doctors of The Country Medical Centre work in a partnership. Normally the doctor of your choice will attend to you, but in some circumstances, you may be asked to see his partner.
Practice nurses
In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.
